TRUTH AND POSITIVITY WILL SET YOU FREE.

Letters to Stories: Inside “Wish”

Has anyone ever asked you, or have you ever taken one of those Buzzfeed personality type quizzes where the questions were “Do you have any regrets,” and “If you had the power to go back in time, would you change anything?”

Letters to Stories: Inside “Mirror”

The perspectives people have of us vary, and sometimes how one person views us can affect how we see ourselves too. So, do we, as the people who actually have the right to judge ourselves, ever get to see ourselves for who we truly are, or is our own, true, self-image tainted by others?

Leaves fall in autumn, and it’s time for The Olive Branch to shed its own.

Peace can’t exist until everyone in the world is free to live a full and happy life. True peace can’t exist if people are oppressed and living in fear of whether they are going to actually live to see the next sunrise, or even more dire, today’s sunset. The Olive Branch was meant to spread the truths that were found to help bring peace. However, there was always one thing missing.

Letters to Stories: Behind “Escape”

Am I still original if most of my poems are inspired by songs I’ve heard? I certainly hope so. Worry not readers, this time, this poem, “Escape” was not inspired by a Gabbie Hanna single. Actually, it was inspired by the music producer who produced her first ever single — Out Loud — Bruce Weigner. Weigner is not just a music producer, but a song-writer and a singer as well. One of his debut solo singles, “I Don’t Know (IDK)” actually inspired this poem.

Letters to Stories: Behind “Encore”

Encore was an interesting poem to write. First, the title sprung up because I was on another one of my “listen to Gabbie Hanna 24/7” kicks and I found myself listening to Honestly (Encore) over and over again. Then, my mind honed in on the word “Encore,” and I was tossing around ideas because I thought it would be fun to write a poem called “Encore.”

Letters to Stories: Behind “Perfect”

This poem has to be the most personal yet. However, the title drew from many inspirations. The first inspiration is from another of Gabbie Hanna’s songs, “Perfect Day (A True Story)”. The second inspiration drew from the musical Next to Normal and one of the songs found on the soundtrack, “Perfect for You.” These two songs were once found on one of my Spotify playlists, and one day I found myself listening to these two songs, and my mind lingered on the word “perfect.” However, I decided to have the theme of this poem be quite different from those two works.

Halo Beauty: His Body and Brain Booster: What did it do?

I hear people are usually skeptical of supplements that claim to enhance the quality of one’s body and brain. People are especially skeptical when it comes to brain boosting supplements. How does it help the brain? What’s inside? What, if any, are the side effects? These suspicions did not let up with the release of Halo Beauty’s new product, the Body and Brain Booster.
